Cooking Up A Cure - Thursday, January 31, 2019!
Amalfi Ristorante Italiano, Brennan’s of Houston and Emmaline will be Culinary Partners at the 4th annual Cooking Up A Cure event that supports the rapidly growing Food Allergy Program at Texas Children's Hospital.
This unique evening is designed to raise awareness of the challenges people with food allergies face and to help support and expand the Food Allergy Program’s ongoing research and patient care initiatives. The memorable evening, held at The Revaire, will feature a casual cocktail party with dishes prepared and served by Houston's top chefs including three of our own!
Upon arrival, each guest will be assigned a food allergy to experience what it feels like to have to avoid dishes containing the potentially allergenic food.
