It’s Winter Black Truffle Season and Chef Giancarlo Ferrara has created an amazing and delicious dinner menu featuring beautiful imported Italian black truffles and perfectly paired outstanding Moscone Italian wines.  You will also enjoy live music by world-class musician, Romolo Bianco from Naples, Italy.

This will be a very special evening with guest speaker, Sara Moscone, from Moscone Winery who will take you through each dishes wine pairing. Also sponsored by Urbani Truffles and Alarich Wines.

On January 30, Amalfi's will only be open to guests participating in this private event.

Emmaline's Chef Michael Semancik Stars in The Truffle Masters!

January 28th at 7 pm, the battle to determine who will be Houston's Truffle Master begins. Twenty-five of the best chefs in Houston will present their culinary creations in front of a panel of prominent food figures in the restaurant industry to earn the top title of “Truffle Master.”

This challenge will test their skills with French black truffles, creating a unique foodie affair all in one spectacular showcase. The Truffle Masters 2019 event benefits Second Servings of Houston, a non-profit organization working to fight hunger and end food waste. The Revaire will serve as the premiere destination for this celebration of culinary delicacies.

These talented and seasoned chefs include Michael Semancik of Emmaline, Thomas Laczynski of Fig & Olive, Jose Hernandez of Hotel Alessandra, Dominick Lee of Poitin and many other forerunners of favorite Houston establishments. Judges of the competition include The Food Network's Megha Tejpal and Cleverley Stone, founder of Houston Restaurant Weeks.
